go to the left when you pull in go all the way around the building and get on the scale that's where you check in. old guy checking me in and out was helpful but slightly rude. when you check in you go to get loaded there's no docks or doors you just bump a concrete wall you can see it on the satellite. it's either blindside back or a combination of straight back and blindside if you're lucky. get there early wasn't busy at all from 7-9am when i was there. loading was quick worst part was i went to scale after getting loaded and i had to go get another pallet put in since i guess weighing 72k pounds wasn't satisfactory. weighed again at 74k got bol and seal and left.

This was a very easy pickup this time. The man at the window was easier to understand. Only had to make one trip around the building this time. Normally it takes three trips around. You have to scale in your empty trailer scale in your loaded trailer and then if you’re lucky that’s it. If not you may have to be added to or have some taken off your trailer. Then around you go again. LOL!

I had a 2005 pt cruiser that I wanted to get rid of. Nothing wrong with it except blown head gasket. Was quoted 400 for it and when driver came he said office would call. Lady called and offered 325 for it. Said it was a 2004 which I told her no 2005 as that's what dmv had it registered as. Plus she said car was in accident in 2008 and 2018. I received a car fax when I bought car in 2010 and it showed NO ACCIDENT. PLUS IVE OWNED CAR SINCE THEN 2010 AND IVE NEVER HAD A ACCIDENT. Tried to low ball us and when I told them to just and leave as I'd find someone who will give me 400. She came back and said we give you 380. I'm not gonna fight with them over 20 dollars but I won't recommend them to any one. Sons car was in a hit and run accident and was going to use them to haul away his car. But not now. I can understand why they only have a 2.4 approval rating. Bait and switch
