About This Center
The Town of Oregon Refuse Center, also known as TORC, located at 1067 Storytown Rd just south of Lincoln Rd, provides curbside garbage and recycling services for Town of Oregon residents. The center operates with specific hours varying by month, with no Wednesday hours, and accepts brush, oil, and metal for free starting from July 1, 2023. Large items like chairs, sofas, mattresses, and tires are accepted for a fee. However, items such as TVs, air conditioners, computers, dehumidifiers, refrigerators, and microwaves are not allowed and require special disposal. Dane County offers alternative locations for disposing of these items, and fees may apply.
