Odessa Recycling Center

Warren Mcdonald (1/5 stars, 5 months ago): This place has become a joke! Don't take nothing but water bottle's not #1&2 plastic. Don't take all clean cardboard just plain brown cardboard. Been recycling for years. This place is trash. out to make money for them selfs not to help clean up Odessa. I'm done with this place!!!

Michael Howell (4/5 stars, 9 months ago): Its better than nothing i suppose. Odessa needs improvement on recycling. They got rid of the large bins that were scattered around town so we gotta catch this place when its open. This hours of operation sign is out front

Took some cardboard to get recycled (a truck bed full) and they said due to the card board amount that I would have to take it to midland. Recycling is recycling regardless the cardboard size or amount. They should just shut down this recycling center if this is the case and can not meet business operations to run this recycling center. If this recycling center has to call on more of the cardboard metal recycling ben haulers to get the cardboard hauled from its location then do it. It’s no wonder why in our area it’s difficult to get others to recycle. I like the new remodel of the facility but come on now this place could be run more effectively. Just another government ran business at the cost of the tax payers.
