I was looking for some recycled newspaper to use for moving purposes. Upon calling I spoke with Diane and at the time she didn't have any newspaper however instead of the call ending there she helped connect me with another company who had used bubble wrap. This is how relationships develop and our world continues to turn. Humans helping out fellow humans. Thank you Diane and North Florida Recycling!

Diane was incredibly helpful and offered local drop boxes for small quantities of recyclables. She also spent time explaining how to help an apartment community successfully start a recycling program. Hopefully my complex will use their services soon. 🤞

I recently called and wanted to see if I could drop off several cardboards at this location to recycle. The first time they hung up immediately soon after I introduced myself. Next few calls they let it go to voice mail. This is how you treat a new customer? Dreadful.
