Upon calling I spoke with Diane and at the time she didn't have any newspaper however instead of the call ending there she helped connect me with another company who had used bubble wrap. She also spent time explaining how to help an apartment community successfully start a recycling program. Hopefully my complex will use their services soon. 🤞

The first time they hung up immediately soon after I introduced myself. Next few calls they let it go to voice mail. This is how you treat a new customer? Dreadful.
