Mt. Clemens Metal Recycling

My grandpa moonlighted recycling metals after work & weekends this was the place he sold his metal. I started at a younger age doing the same and even worked here for a short time. I STILL bring scrap metals in here! When I come in whether it's been a week or 3 years Steve Kip Connie and everybody else respond to me by my first name and treat me like an old friend! I love these people and I can attest to their honesty and better than fair treatment of customers! I worked with this family and have NEVER seen them do ANY shady business! It made me angry reading some of the complaints on here! These people complaining had they done so at the time of their sales I GUARANTEE Kip or Steve would have given their material back & probably even let them keep the money! People don't understand the difference in materials and prices and get angry because they THINK they have a gold mine! Their accusations are not fair and are untrue! This family and the employees are very nice respectful helpful and fair! I'd recommend Mt. Clemens Metal Recycling any day to take your metals to or to purchase materials you may need for various projects!

Nice guys terrible buisness practice. Shaddy . I have a siding buisness so I take back alot of aluminum siding. Every time I take a full load it's 150-200 $ first time using these guys and I got 54$. Wish I had just loaded it back up. Never going back here again

I love this place. All of the employees there are really super helpful. I get a lot of my art making supplies there. They have all sorts of metal including pre-stripped wire. My favorite person is Kip. He always greets me with a smile and helps me find what I need. I've dropped off metal and picked up metal. I look forward to visiting and seeing what my next treasure find will be.
