I called Mary at Milford Salvage and she was so nice/helpful. She referred me to David (Scrap Metal Services); he came through for my family BIG TIME. We cleaned out my Mom’s house … she had tons of metal tools bikes beds etc & we had to safely get these items out ASAP. Thank you DAVID! You’ve been a tremendous help at zero cost and zero hassle. 😊

Didnt hear the lady pick up and she didnt give me time to say "hello?". Called back she was really quiet but polite enough. Got transferred to someone for tires he picks up and says "yeah?". Really great customer service skills right there. I tell him I'm looking for tires and I wait for a response to make sure the person is ready to take the size. He says "for what?". Dodge Journey. "I dont have any Journeys". I say I'm sure they made these tires for other vehicles. "Well I dont even know the size" he says. And I say yeah I usually have people ask the size not what vehicle. I tell him the size which he immediately says he doesn' t have any. No thanks man.

they pay the same for scrap iron as the next guy but save your time selling precious metals here and take it to JD's instead Milford Salvage will cut you off at the knees on precious metal prices. The lady at the desk is very sweet and they will let you look around but good luck dealing with Mike the old curmudgeon man who likes to think hes in charge. the place is a mess and now a days they have such a small staff you can barely get anyone to help you.
