Davis May (1/5 stars, 2 years ago): I scheduled a pickup with them and they never showed up. I called and emailed and left voicemails multiple times trying to find out why they never showed up and to reschedule a pickup but could never get a response.

Turns out this is NOT a service for general customers; they only work with businesses. If you call their number you get a generic message so you can't talk to anyone to get questions answered. I found out the hard way that they haven't been at their listed address for years; it would be nice if they could at least get that updated.
