Michael Devereaux (1/5 stars, 4 months ago): They suck! No customer service skills. Had a car hood and fender and a RO water tank. They informed me they were not buying steel because their buyer was not taking any from them. So I offered it for free no deal. So I ask the guy next to me who had a trailer full of scrap metal if he wanted it. He said yes so I unstrapped the hood So I could throw it in his trailer. The witch then comes out and says "you can't do the here" after I had it unstrapped already. Ok I said. I'm through doing any business here. Will not go back after 33 years.

Making racial comments is unacceptable and unprofessional at any company. It is stated for every employment handbook and when applying to jobs. It is not accepted in any facility. So saddening to see the owner speak that way to our seniors .
