Mesilla Valley Disposal

Racheal Shahan (1/5 stars, 2 years ago): So I try to pay on line says it takes three business days and I wait 5 then won't accept your online pay all of a sudden you see your trash piling and they don't take it. Finally able to get through the phone to make payment at this time trash is one tied bag overfilled. They won't take your trash. I have called the attorney general and looked on the bbb site which they are not on. I'm so done with y'all not doing your jobs and then blaming us because you don't want to do your job. I paid my bill for you not to do your job I can run a trash company better for sure. DO YOUR JOB!!!!! NOT HAPPY OR A SATISFIED CUSTOMER FOR TWO YEARS NOW. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!!!!!🤬

Antonio Gonzales (1/5 stars, 7 months ago): I've never had such crappy trash service as I have had with MVD and I've lived across the US. These people haven't been picking up my trash because of construction in the area although nothing is actually blocking my street. Any minor inconvenience and these people will completely skip your house! When they do pick up about 50% of the time the driver dumps some of my trash in the road and they don't even have the courtesy to pick it up so we get home from work to a trashed road/yard. Then the ladies in the office have the audacity to try to "prove us wrong" with the stupid cameras that are onboard the trucks but the office ladies are too dumb to even pull up the right address to "prove their point". At this point I'm about to start throwing my trash at their office because paying what we are to only get trash service twice a month and bad service when we do get it is ridiculous.

Gabriel & April Diaz (1/5 stars, 2 years ago): Ever since Mesilla Valley Disposal combined with Southwest Disposal everything has been messed up! Good luck getting them to even pick up the recycling bin you pay for. With Mesilla Valley we were never late with our payment until this. They canceled all the old account numbers and barely told us this month where to register for a new account for auto pay. Now we owe them $84 because they haven’t been taking it out of our bank like the last 7 years!!!! Their service is horrible. They never answer the phone or text messages. When you are able to get someone on the phone they lie to you about when the truck will arrive. It finally arrives a week late! We will be looking for another company or maybe just taking our trash ourselves like our neighbors have started doing. Very Unhappy!
