Curly g (1/5 stars, a year ago): I called this place three times to ask them about a service I wanted to get done. They told me that they would demolish the trailer. I just cannot have any appliances in it so I removed them and then called them again to make sure that we can do it so when I got there they were very rude asking me questions of where I lived and I told him that I lived in Brooksville but I bought the trailer off of 41 and she asked me for an address which I then gave her after I looped around then when I came back it was a different employee And he was being rude with me as well. Everybody in the building was being real mean telling me that I was lying to them about where I live and where I got the trailer even though I did everything that they asked I showed them all the proof of where I bought it and what area it comes from and they still didn’t want to listen to me they said that the price that I had to pay was three times more than anybody else because I’m out of county when I told them I didn’t get the trailer from Brooksville. I got it from over here and I usually come to the dump to get them demolished and they usually charge me about $51-$61 this time they charge me more than $300 around 400 bucks. The people inside of the cranes were very nice and helped me get it all the way down but the fact that the people in the scalehouse were tag teaming asking me questions and interrogating me made me feel Violated and judged nobody else had this problem. They were just being very mean to me and they wouldn’t even keep their word. When that was the lady I spoke to on the phone that told me it was $61. She said that she didn’t ask me where I was getting the trailer which is not my job if she told me a price and I drove two hours to get this done. It seems very unfair that they forced me to pay a higher price. Even after I showed him proof of address that she requested I will never go back here again. They are all jerks and rip me off
