Mahoning County Green Team

S M (1/5 stars, a month ago): Pretty annoyed with pick up service. I have two yellow bins and rarely I have some recycling overflow so I place a cardboard box with recyclables in it directly next to the yellow bins to be dumped out. Of course I know they won’t take the box but do you think the truck driver ever dumps out the box of recyclables? Nope!!! So then I have to go make a special trip to a county drop off site to get rid of the recyclables. I’d kind of rather just throw it away at this point. Very annoyed they can’t just do their jobs properly.

Nicole Vargo (1/5 stars, 5 years ago): I started recycling with them in August I called and set up my address for pick up. They came the first time but missed every time after. I have called multiple times and was told he was a new driver but they will fix it. All of my neighbors get picked up but mine never does without a call to the office. They missed it again today on Christmas eve and no one is in the office anymore to call for a pick up. All of my neighbors are picked up. I am done with this company it is horrible.

Michele Garling (2/5 stars, 2 years ago): What is the use if this service is a hit & miss pick up? Never consistent. Yes in summertime with families on vacation it might not get out but your only inconvenience is NOT getting out of your truck?
