I called last week to request a new dumpster and a couple days later they return my call and quickly brought a new one. Thank you for your efficient service!

We rented a roll away dumpster for a day and Lauren and his crew were efficient and courteous! Always a pleasure dealing with them. They are hard working people and I appreciate all they do! Thanks Lauren and crew!

I haven't had issues with them before but they missed my trash can this week. I called the line they have on the can in the morning (9:20) and left a message but they never got back to me. Waited till afternoon (1:20) and called again but nobody would answer. I finally called the other line and got an answer. I was basically told I called too late and I explained my previous calls. I would have appreciated a simple apology but instead got excuses. So lesson learned if you want to get ahold of anyone don't use the advertised line and don't expect any apology. I will still give 4 stars because they normally don't have issues. Hope there aren't any more in the future.
