Andrew S (4/5 stars, 11 months ago): I haven't had issues with them before but they missed my trash can this week. I called the line they have on the can in the morning (9:20) and left a message but they never got back to me. Waited till afternoon (1:20) and called again but nobody would answer. I finally called the other line and got an answer. I was basically told I called too late and I explained my previous calls. I would have appreciated a simple apology but instead got excuses. So lesson learned if you want to get ahold of anyone don't use the advertised line and don't expect any apology. I will still give 4 stars because they normally don't have issues. Hope there aren't any more in the future.
