First time being there. You drive your vehicle with your items on a ramp. Wait untill you get a thumbs up by worker( they just weighted your vehicle with items) Then they'll inform you where to unload the items( you have to do it). After that you drive back on ramp & they'll weigh your vehicle again. You park. Walk next to small bld next to ramp they'll ask for your driver license & phone #. They'll pay you cash & give you a receipt. Note: they do not take tires. Rims yes.

Very helpful n respectful workers love how respectful they are n willing to help out very humble ppl
