KCMO Community Recycling Center, Pleasant Valley Park (North)

Pleasant Valley Park holds the north Kansas City site of the KCMO Community Recycling Drop-Off Centers, a three-center network managed by Bridging The Gap with the City of Kansas City, Missouri as its contract partner. The other two centers sit on Deramus Avenue and East Red Bridge Road. Every material accepted in KCMO curbside recycling is accepted here, plus extra materials covered by special partnerships, and the program recycles mattresses by scheduled drop-off. The centers open Wednesday through Saturday and close on posted holidays. Staff at each location answer questions about what qualifies, and the rule for doubtful items is to leave them out.
