I was driving down to Minneapolis city when i saw this truck driver playing roadrage with another car. He was hard braking and also made a couple of improper lane changes. Absolutely this truck is irresponsible and not safe for public roads and i would suggest to this recycling company to send him random drug tests and keep on eye.
