Jack's Used Auto Parts

Jack's Used Auto Parts started in 1966 and calls itself the oldest pull-and-pay salvage yard in Cincinnati. Jack and then his son ran it until 2021, and new owners have since been reworking the checkout, the online inventory, and the junk car buying process. The yard holds about 1,800 cars from 1975 to 2019, with American and foreign makes and models back to 1964 and more than 500 categories of parts to pull. Customers pull their own parts for an entry fee, cash only, and must be 16 or older to make purchases. A yard mechanic will pull a part for a per-minute rate when the job is too much to do alone. The yard also buys vehicles in all conditions and quotes them online. Hours run Monday through Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.
