We put our kitchen scraps in a bucket and they come and get it from us every other week. A few times over the past few years we have had some overflow...that was easy to manage also...they have collection bins at the Coop. We then get some compost from them when it is ready. Their service reduces our trash waste and puts food scraps to good use. I highly recommend Happy Trash Can Curbside Compost
