Greentree Solid Waste Authority - Recycling Center in Ruidoso Downs, NM

Parked a 30’ roll off in deeded service road blocking access to our carport then said they didn’t have to talk to me it is on the neighbor’s property and they’ve already paid. The deeded road provides access for emergency vehicles and all the federal and state agencies currently working on fire and flood cleanup as well as delivery vehicles. The house next door is empty derelict and owned by someone who lives in TX and now there’s trash spread over three properties. Nobody has been there working on any regular basis. Greentree says they have been paid I am not their customer they don’t have to speak with me. The person also wanted to argue with me that if we were affected by the fire and needed access for burned hazard trees to be removed why wouldn’t the house with the roll off? First of all nobody has lived there in decades! Your roll off is in a road. Treating locals who have been through so much these last several months like this is just uncalled for- especially when I explained my mother just had major surgery we are cleaning up after a natural disaster and we need access to the house.

I try to keep my neighborhood clean because a lot of my neighbors are careless about their trash. But when the actual trash disposal company that you pay to have your trash picked up by shows no regard for your neighborhood that angers me. If the Greetree driver knocks over a trash can he should have the decency to pick up the trash he himself knocked over.

The worst customer service ever. The JUB needs to be cancled and the company needs to be held accountable. They leave polycarts half full skip peoples service for two shovels of tree limbs that would otherwise be overlooked on the ground for pick up. They will not provide citizens with a Freedom of Information request on the joint use contract. They all need to be fired!!!! The funniest thing is they will skip you for a empty bucket. Unprofessional people all the way around. Go to Sierra Contracting if you want service!!!
