About this center
Gold Circuit E-Cycling works directly with municipal transfer stations on electronics, refrigerant devices, and Styrofoam, and the Silver Street building in Agawam also takes public drop-offs without an appointment, Monday through Friday afternoons and Saturday mornings. Agawam residency is not required, and a bell at the bottom of the steps brings staff out to help unload. The Palmer facility is closed.
Drop-off fees run by item count, with cash only. Accepted items include computers, laptops, monitors, printers, flat-screen and tube TVs, microwaves, air conditioners, dehumidifiers, washers, dryers, stoves, cell phones, and tablets. Only number 6 polystyrene foam is taken, never packing peanuts or food containers. Gold Circuit also sanitizes and destroys hard drives with a certificate.
