Erik Van Hofwegen, II (1/5 stars, 8 months ago): People make the worst business decisions by hiring idiots to represent the front end of their business. Somebody who is the antithesis of what your mission statement describes. "To create long lasting relationships with clients..." Or something to that effect. Apparently this is just filler for their front page because the woman that answers the phone asks how she can help but then proceeds directly to her process of eliminating me as a customer. Absolutely and permanently. I'd now drive 100 miles just to do business with anyone but these people based on the idiot woman that answers the phone and I mean that is absolutely it. Because she has zero interest in your business your productivity and least of all securing your customers who make the establishment and her job possible. It's a shame because I'd had a decent conversation with a man as to what I called about today. I was just too busy to start the project a couple of months back but am now getting underway and apparently with another buyer. Not at all a small project either. Could have been extremely profitable for both of us. Makes you wonder how many other deals have been discarded that the owner never even heard about. I can guarantee you there are plenty because the woman on the phones is doing her best work to eliminate callers and get back to you tube or TikTok or twitter or anything else but what she's there to do.

Really made our day better that he was so nice everyone's so hateful lately and just not nice so it was a nice thing!

Worse scrap yard experience in the city so far. Go down the road to Metal Check. They pay more at Metal check btw too
