Straight-forward process. Every person I dealt with was extremely kind and professional. The guy at the shipping window was exceptionally awesome and helpful. Great experience here!

I showed up 15 minutes early for my appointment time and scaled my load. I was told to proceed to any dock and back in. Slide tandems and open doors. They started unloading my trailer and spilled toilet paper scrap all over the place. It took about an hour and half to unload the trailer. Afterwards I was allowed on the dock to sweep the rest out of the trailer. They left a lot of garbage back there so it took me about 15 minutes to get it clean. The dock filled up quickly and it doesn't look like there would be any room for extra trucks to show up too early or stay overnight. Overall not too bad and the backing is very easy.
