When I walked in with my bottles they said they're closed when the doors wide open and online it says 3 they close and I show up hour and a half before 3 and there opened but closed...Or they send me away and say they can't accept my bags their bags they provide when theres more than 2 i mean it's ridiculous. The only reason why I am complaining this time is because I drove 35min up to waterbury to help out this lady for her bottles and bring them there for her she was in need of some money they didn't accept the 2 clear full bags of bottle when i walked in. I ask them nicely can they please just do me the fav this one time and the guy said no we're closed and I told him the website says 3 and it was roughly around 135ish. The transaction takes 2 second i wasted my time and gas! Besides this scenario I wouldn't have complained but i drove 35 mins to be denied when they were clearly opened. They also said they make their own hours so for new people like me now you know don't go based of Google hours for this business

Went there for the first time today. The Man who took my bags was so kind. What usually takes me an hour at the grocery store took me less than 5 minutes here. If you’re tired of waiting in lines at the grocery store and want quick polite service go here! I will definitely be returning my bottles here from now on.

As of 6/27/2024 only accepting plastic bottles and cans. *Update* 9/21/24 Fran told me limit 400 per person. **Update** 11/20/24 FYI Fran's will close earlier than scheduled hours due to meeting the fire marshall's limit of can and bottle storage. Arrived at 9:50a and there were 20 people already in line. Limit remains 400 per person.
