James (1/5 stars, a month ago): If you don't believe the bad reviews just weigh your load elsewhere before selling it to them. Somehow it will be 30% lighter by the time you get it there. I looked into the owners of this place (after getting cheated by them) and found that they have a reputation as scam artists.
