My experience may be different since i'm just getting scrap by cleaning out my place and not a professional scrapper but process was easy. Drop off what I wanted to scrap he based weight by weighing one item and multiplying. Get cash. Easy.

Price is crazy. Tell them you are commercial customer and show the quantity. You will get great price.
