Alfred Huff (5/5 stars, 2 weeks ago): Haven't been here 10min and already terrible experience. No clear instructions for anything. Expect a 1 mile round trip walk for check in for receiving. Not sure if you're picking up a load what you have to do. I've seen over night parking allowed in these review comments but anyone I've spoken to around here in terms of employees they say no way. There is a QR code inside the little receiving door to the left. But the little guy in pick up truck chased me out and says not to 7am can we check in. It's 6:41am. Not good and very low expectations....edit 735am Anyone who says check in before 7am is lying. That only creates chaos in receiving office and does not get you in dock any quicker. I followed instructions from shorter gentleman and was the first to the dock. Clearly printed instructions in Russian Indian Arabic and English. 735am and nearly empty. Also changed 1 star to 5. 4 more true score but gave extra for rushing to judgements.

Jaye Williamson (4/5 stars, a month ago): All of the other drivers instructions are really helpful... Only if you're delivering. If you are picking up go to the scale and weigh your truck and then take the left hand turn close to the road after you come off of the scale. Walk down the sidewalk on the left side of the building as you face it to the unmarked door. Go in and you will see the shipping office to your right. No QR code just walk in there
