I am blown away at the fact that the best customer service in Pierre comes from my trash pickup service. Vonda is super helpful and if you reach out you get a REAL response usually within the day (even the hour sometimes). I thought about going with a different service but thankfully I chose EnviroTech. Hard working group too!

My husband forgot to put our can out again this morning. We are the only people on our street with a can so our driver definitely could’ve driven right past our street but he didn’t. He came down the street right as I was loading kids up for school. I put the can out and not only did he dump it but it was a little over full and he grabbed the bag that fell out. I can’t count the times he has grabbed our can from by the house when it was forgotten. The customer service with this company cannot be beat. Thank you!!

I have used Envirotech for several years now. On occasion I have forgotten to take out the trash or just missed the pick up time. They without fail return to take care of my trash pickup. Any time I have called them for any type of service they have been very responsive and professional. Thanks guys for the good work!
