The Honest Critic (1/5 stars, 4 months ago): Absolutely horrible experience. Called ahead to see where to go with a encapsulated transformer. Person on the phone said the warehouse so I go to the warehouse. The workers say it goes to the back. Does anybody even know what they are doing and what even goes where??? Like I wasted a whole hour waiting in line to find out that the workers don't want to handle a 300 pound transformer so it goes to another incorrect area. Never coming back and closing my trade account

Paul T (5/5 stars, a year ago): I have been using EMR for a couple months now for my scrap recycling and they have treated me well. On my last visit I went in early and I was like the only one in the yard at that time. They employees showed me where they wanted me to unload my truck at and even helped me do so. The man who helped me with my scrap also offered me a bottle of cold water. Witch I thought was very nice of him to do. I also like the lady who answers the phone. She has such a calming voice and the ladies who check you out and pay you are very friendly and helpful.

Hammer 1 (5/5 stars, 2 years ago): Great place to do business. They are fair trustworthy. Its a pleasure doing buisness with emr houma. I had a small problem and they made it right and we both felt like we were right. They could have told me to kick rocks but instead they educated me better on the grades of scrap and showed me how to make a better living my son takes cans to them a fue times a year and they treat him like a little man I appreciate them and highly recommend them.
