KING JAMES (1/5 stars, 7 years ago): I called ahead of time and was told that they closed at 4:30 I arrived right at 4:19 and was told they were closed. I told them I called and y'all stayed y'all closed at 4:30 they refused service. I understand people have families and deserve to be off on time but if that's the case then maybe start telling the customers you close ten minutes earlier than 4:30. Other people have lives to and we have things to get done as well so satisfying your customers should be a key to not just thinking bout what the employees have to do. Both should be respected. Without customers you want have business and without the workers you want have help.

Mary Larney (1/5 stars, 7 years ago): I arrived before closing time and was told they're closed. I had called ahead and they stated as long as i was there before 4:30 I would be fine. I drove 20 plus miles and they refused to provide service to me. Stated "we're closed". I explained how far I drove and that I needed this scrap out of my car she they were unsympathetic. Very bad experience! Very rude.

Jason Brasher (5/5 stars, 7 years ago): Ive showed up 10mins before closin an they helped me with what i had never had one problem with but anyway i shouldnt have showen up right a closin but the help but people need to wait right at last min. either to show up!!!!
