Their customer service is super responsive just shoot them an email and they get back to you fast. No need for appointments either just drop by during business hours and they’ll even help you unload your stuff. I really appreciate their recycling mindset—it’s a great way to stay eco-conscious. Only thing I’d suggest is maybe opening for a few hours on the weekend to make it easier for more people to stop by.
