M R (1/5 stars, 2 years ago): In the middle of me attempting to sell my old cell phone the machine door jammed and then after 10 minutes of waiting on the phone with their customer service to answer the screen completely shut off. Unfortunately i didn't have time to wait so after 20 minutes on hold I disgruntingly took the L and left. I doubt they intended to essentially eat and therefore steal my phone and not give me money.. But thats what happened. Should of just posted it on Offer Up.
