Residential drop-off center operated by Baltimore City DPW offering free recycling and waste disposal services to city residents. Accepts a variety of materials including household trash, furniture, appliances, scrap metal, electronics, and yard waste. Features seasonal extended hours during summer months (Memorial Day to Labor Day). Residents must show proof of city residency (driver's license, utility bill, or tax bill) before dropping off items. Vehicle restrictions apply - passenger cars, unmodified vans, or pickup trucks no larger than ¾ ton only. Limited to no more than two loads per day and five loads per week per resident.

All visitors must remain with their vehicles while using the facility.
