For the most part it has been good service on a higher price point. Although there are neighbors who have photographed and recorded video of recycling being emptied into the same refuse truck…allegedly. Service took a hit when the local company was sold to an out-of-state company who didn’t bother to notify customers. I just got a $100+ bill from a new company I never heard of. We try to support local so I switched to Black Bird Waste Service for a fraction of the cost. Market competition is a good thing right? I also like that my tax dollars are staying local to fund schools and roads. Worth noting that it has taken four phone calls to Jamie over two weeks to cancel service with EM/Universal and I have still not been successful in getting them to collect their carts.
