Since Northern Recycling Operations Waste Services took over in 2007, the facility has added a mixed C&D processing area to capture more recyclable materials like wood, carpet, plastics, and metal. The facility recycles mattresses, box springs, and carpets, with sorted carpet being processed into new carpet, carpet padding, plastic lumber, car parts, and other recycled plastic items.

LA Kristopher (4/5 stars, 3 years ago): I usually go later early afternoon and lines going in are non-existent. Lines going out are slower 5-10 minutes or more. I like the basic garbage area it's all concrete covered building easy in and out. The yard waste area is round the corner of concrete area. Dirtier I even got an item in my tire ended up getting a flat. No biggie though. All and all great place.
