Department of Sanitation - Recycling Center in Cheyenne, WY

Well its been 2 month an still haven't dumped my recycle an didn't even pick up my trash. Today. What a joke this is criminal id be better off paying for a actual dumpster bad enough I'm in the county yet forced onto city services an they add extra fees being in the county. It's fraud paying for a service an services not being rendered.. happens again I'm going to file a civil case against the department an see who else may want to join

So now they want to have customers tarp and or strap any load or they think that they will charge 44.73 they let me slide this one time I was told. Here's a picture of the load I had in pictures

Probably one of the worst city services in the country. Very lazy and indifferent workers with poor customer service. Pattern of skipping houses. Not providing guidance on steps to prevent wind from blowing over trash/recycle bins. Overall lacking and a waste of tax dollars.
