Steven Grambart (1/5 stars, 5 months ago): Havent even gonna bring my stuff in after talking to 50 people around the brainerd/ baxter area who have made the mistake of bringing their metals in. No visible scale and these guys dropping prices by 50% on one guy because he was getting ripped off and they said they would fix it and then came back and said prices dropped in the last 5 mins and screwed him over because they already unloaded his load. And the mysterious helium filled scale they use and wont show you… DO NOT BRING YOUR METALS HERE.. BAD IDEA!!!

Keith Simons (3/5 stars, 10 months ago): Great people but was surprised once I took some old batteries in for a small resort and they paid penny's on the pound for them. They paid about $32. For 11 batteries. You are better off taking them to Auto parts stores that give you $10 each for in-store credit. That's where I'll taking the old ones from golf carts and boats that need to changed out.

Debra Roloff (4/5 stars, a year ago): Haven't had a bad experience. Only been there a few times. There is a sign in the office with their current prices so that's nice. They've been helpful when I've gone in. It'd be nice if you could see your weights when pulling on and off the scale. One thing I'm not a huge fan of is that when you cash out with the matching you don't get change only cash. So if your total is say $15.80 you get $15. I waited like a dork at the machine for far too long before realizing.
