Corvallis BottleDrop Redemption Center - Recycling Center in Corvallis, OR

While I will agree that this Bottle Drop is a lot cleaner than some others they tend to hire some staff with some serious entitlement issues. I came in recently to turn in some cans. I think I had maybe about 2 bags that werent entirly full. That being said I decided to use the express station that only accepts 75 cans. It turned out that I had 5 cans too many. Maybe I should have counted but the employee stormed up to me and was not very unkind when reminding me it was the express station and that I needed to go to the back of the line. Unfortunately its the only place in Corvallis to turn in cans.

Came in at 7:57 understandable that it isn't open though it's 8:10 and it isn't. Where I've worked that would've gotten me fired just saying.

I love using the bottle drop 9/10 times you get through the line quickly. 1-2 hours before closing I've noticed it to be a bit busier than other times during the day. Machines are rarely out of order and if they are they are fixed fairly quickly (within a couple business days at the most.) They keep this place very clean considering it's a recycling facility for nasty cans and bottles. I can't emphasize enough how much I love these machines though they make returning cans and bottles very quick and easy. If you have an account you can just place your bags in the drop without even coming into the building. Staff are also friendly and helpful.
