They threw away a toy wheelbarrow near the dumpster. I was able to catch it in time. They also charge $20 extra for those services.

Original 5 stars review : Always friendly and courteous-both route and office staff! Update: I have dealt with Cooks for decades and have always had a great relationship. I’m afraid after all this time I need to edit my opinion. It’s amazing how one bitter employee through repeated actions have soured me on the whole company No matter how big or small a company is everyone is your representative It takes a lot to make me write a bad review but since every interaction with one particular representative results in a bad experience I have had enough. It is made even more obvious by the fact the other rep is like the nicest guy ever. To finish off everyone else I have dealt with in the company are 5 Star people

I have always had very good experiences with cooks. Whether going there to bring recycling needing dumpster for home remodel or just our basic household garbage pickups. Wanted to leave a review today to recognize our garbage hauler for Oldham and thank him again for his great customer service. I forgot to put my garbage can out this morning till I heard the truck turn on my street. I'm the first house so no extra time to get it out before he passes. So I hurried out to put my can on other side of street so he could get it on his way back down the street. Having a large family going a week without getting it empty means a week of cramming and piling up garbage for the next pickup. However our guy saw me come out and backed up to grab my garbage after he dumped the neighbors. No look of irritation or bad attitude for me adding a little more work and time to his day. Just a smile and "no problem" when I thanked him. So great customer service all around and a little extra and a thanks again for our guy that services the Oldham area.
