The Solid Waste Division in Collier County, FL offers curbside collection services including twice-a-week household waste collection, once-a-week recycling collection, yard waste collection, and bulky item collection. Specialty bulky items like appliances, electronics, tires, and batteries can be scheduled for collection by calling 239-252-2380. Recycling Drop-Off Centers are open Monday to Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Tours of the county-owned Landfill, Landfill Gas-to-Energy Facility, Household Hazardous Collection Center, and Recycling Drop-Off Centers are available by appointment, providing insights into waste management and recycling processes. Additionally, the county has implemented a cost-effective Deep Injection Well project to manage landfill fluid sustainably, aiming to save taxpayers money and reduce strain on critical infrastructure.

Gre greeted us and helped us get to the right spot to unload both recycling and general debris Brandon met us in the recycling center and helped us through that process and directed us to the general debris area where he helped us through the process. Finally checked out by Elijah in a friendly efficient manner. All the folks we dealt with were friendly and professional and really seemed to enjoy what they do and made our experience great!!

The multiple deer sitings and alligators on the side road add to the pleasure. Great job. Well-done!!
