It takes aluminum cans, CRV glass, and CRV plastic and nothing else; scrap metal goes to the sister yard on Hoblitt Avenue. Clovis Recycling has operated as a family-owned business since 1989. The Jefferson center opens Monday through Saturday, with a shorter Saturday schedule, and closes Sundays plus New Year's, Memorial Day, the 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

I enjoy this place they give a decent price and they’re clean. I also don’t have to worry about constantly locking my car when i walk 50 feet away.

This place is ghetto and they rob you. I wouldn't recommend. Don't trust Lorenzo either. They have a massive turn around of their employees. They also seem to back their employees up in situations where the employees crossed the line getting attitude with customers which I witnessed on a few occasions which actually scared my 10 year old daughter. I wouldn't recommend. You get much more $$ for your recycles at the multiple Fresno locations. This place is just convenient for spoiled Clovis people.

Review

Prices are not fair. Came in with a substantial amount of both cans and bottles and was only paid $33. When I called to ask why that amount when I realized that didn't seem right the guy explained that it was correct because it was the net Weight minus the bin weight. Which is understandable but with a total net weight of over 90 pounds you would think the bin weight would not be that much right? Just be extremely cautious when coming here especially if you are a female.
