City of Deerfield Beach Recycling Drop-Off Center (Resident's Only)

The City of Deerfield Beach Recycling Drop-Off Center is open to city residents only and requires proof of residency. Payments are accepted via credit card or checks made out to the city, with cash not being accepted. The center accepts various recyclable materials such as clean cans, cartons, cardboard, plastic bottles, and food waste like fruits, veggies, meat, dairy, bread, grains, and coffee teabags. Other accepted items include antifreeze, batteries, electronics, latex paint, scrap metals, and toner cartridges. Certain materials incur a charge, such as tires, used motor oil, and residents can bring up to 2 cubic yards of bulk items. The center also hosts household hazardous waste collection events and shred events for residents, offering an incentive program for frequent visitors. Visitors are advised to comply with guidelines and restrictions for safe disposal of materials.
