City of Becker Compost Facility

The City of Becker Yard Waste Site, located at 12456 153rd Ave SE, Becker, MN 55308, offers residents a convenient location to drop off acceptable yard waste materials such as branches under 20 inches in diameter, brush, grass clippings, leaves (including Christmas trees), and yard waste. The site is open from dawn to dusk seven days a week and is monitored by video surveillance to deter violators. Access to the site requires a compost card, which can be obtained at Becker City Hall during business hours. Commercial access is prohibited in 2021, with exceptions for residents who have commercial Sherburne County businesses performing work at their residences. Unacceptable items for disposal include stumps, roots, or logs over 20 inches in diameter, materials from outside Sherburne County, rocks, concrete, trash, or plastic bags.
