I've been a customer for over 3 years now. I have been very happy with their service. Twice I forgotten to take my bins out but they actually went above and beyond to make sure my trash was collected. They're great at communication too.

I’ve had the unfortunate task of trialing waste disposal companies since my original company raised their rates. Carefree Disposal has been competitively priced and they’ve made every pick up since I signed up on time which is more than their some of competition can say sadly. If you’re looking for a reliable waste pickup service look no further. Seriously you don’t know how much you appreciate reliable waste pickup until you have unreliable waste pickup.

After the usual hectic holiday schedule I accidentally forgot to put my trash out on time. I reached out and they were incredibly responsive and understanding. They made a special trip back to ensure my recycling was collected. It’s rare to see such commitment to customer service especially during such a busy time of year.
