absolutely awful. i paid for a couch pickup one week in advance. called twice the day of pickup was assured both times driver was on the way. driver never came. had to haul the couch back into the garage. the week before they didnt pick up trash on my pickup day. called and asked...they said i missed the truck which is impossible as my containers were set out the night before. republic is $135/3 months. soco is significantly cheaper. ill be switching companies.

This Company are liars. I have putting out unlimited trash since they took over GFL. No communication provided that they ended this option in November. Until I received my bill. When I called to ask about why my bill was so high. He said I put out to much trash and I am only allowed to use my one bin. They has never charged me for extra because I was paying for unlimited trash. He stated we have never had unlimited trash. I have been doing the unlimited trash since 2020. When this company took over GFL. They stated nothing will change but my bill amount. I would of never stayed at this company. The manager was able to cut my bill in half and offered me 3 trash bins last week. No trash bins has been delivered. I called and asked again today when are you dropping the trash bins off? I was told Tomorrow when my trash is to be picked up. The customer service agent could not connect me to a manager and could not help this situation. The pickup of trash is from 10am to 5pm tomorrow. I work how am I supposed to be here when they drop off the 2 trash bins and put all the trash into 3 trash bins before they show up to pick up. They should of had the trash bins delivered last week. I believe they are trying to charge me for extra bags and bins since they failed to provide the trash bins. They failed to communicate in November that there policies changed. They also tried to tell me they never had unlimited trash. The prices at this company are ridiculous. This company has been unprofessional and disappointing. Definitely would not recommended this company. I would of recommended this company until last week. Maybe new management is to blame. Wow So sad how this company fails it long time customers.

The pick up guy is rude! We were a bit late taking our trash out but we got it to him as he stoped in our neighbor’s home he look at us and ignore us completely got on the truck and left us with 2 trash cans. We have been with this company for years now canceling snd going with Palmer Disposal which is way cheaper anyways. They never answers the phone either !
