Martina Sasic (1/5 stars, 2 months ago): Absolute horrible service!!!!My trash got missed three times already. When I call them. I'm being asked to call at the end of the day and they should be able to pick it up maybe the next day. I just got off the phone again because my trash was missed again! I spoke to two people and they weren't of any help. I called for the third time to speak to somebody in charge. I left a voicemail and call back information. Lori the supervisor called me back. I explained to her that my trash was missed again and I wanted to know what time today will be getting picked up. Lori's attitude was absolutely nasty she was very condescending and proceeded to let me know with an attitude that my trash will be getting picked up today and then hung up the phone on me. Side bar: Not once did I raise my voice at her or any employees I never cursed or disrespected anybody. I sure hope that the calls are recorded so Lori's boss can see how she conducts herself with customers. Absolutely disgusting service!

Kamryn McMahon (1/5 stars, a month ago): Whoever came through Moores river neighborhood 2/18/25 absolutely destroyed my recycling bin and my tree. I use granger for trash and they never rip my damn branches off and they come every Monday !!! This is just ridiculous there’s no reason for this to be destroyed like this. This is why I chose granger for trash and I only wish I could use them for recycling but the city of Lansing doesn’t allow that. wth is this !!

Aaron Jenvey (1/5 stars, 2 months ago): The literal worst waste removal in the city of Lansing after recycling habitually for almost 20 years the City of Lansing and their O&M division had finally broke my household of this habit. No more recycling for us because of their terrible communication & customer service so now I guess we will just help fill the local landfills instead at least as long as I continue to live within the city of Lansing.
