Richard Gonzalez (1/5 stars, a year ago): Place is terrible. The pricing is never consistent. One day it was by weight and another day by volume. I was charged $98 for a small trailer. The guy at the window just eyeballed my load and decided to charge what he thought was right even with a scale. Terrible service and roads up to the dump area are littered with debris. We are unfortunately stuck with this for the west side. I would give 0 stars for inconsistent pricing and terrible customer service.

(4/5 stars, 2 years ago): Place is a dump 😉 I think it would be good if they would put more emphasis on the safety vest and tarping requirements on their website & road signs closer to Doniphan perhaps. Anyways once I had my vest I was good to go. (just wish I'd have known b4 I sat in line for 30 minutes) only $11 for my pickup load.

The lady talked too quickly and when I asked her to please repeat the cost she got really snarky with me. Maybe train your employees to understand what customer service means? And I see by the other reviews I'm not the only person who had an issue with this woman!
