BottleDrop Redemption Center - Redmond - Recycling Center in Redmond, OR

I have never been to drop off cans before and I was helped by savanna! She kind of held my hand through the process helped me sign up on the machine and even let me peak in the door windows to see how they process the recycling works. She went above and beyond. She also seemed like a great at multitasking while she helped me she helped other 4 people. She is such a great employee and very educated on the process.

March 7th 5:00 pm old lady at front closed 5 of the 9 machines and refused to open any of them even when 7 people waiting. No carts to use and when I asked I was told that they are closing soon and I didn’t need to use one anyways. They close at 6pm. When I asked why she said I lock the door at 6 not 6:01. To which I replied “that sucks bottle drop doesn’t pay for you to close the store after 6.” She said “most of the other closers don’t shut down until after hours but I don’t care and I don’t want to stay people can plan better and return cans tomorrow or earlier in the day”. Wow just wow

The guy working Feb 15th at 10:00am at Redmond bottle drop took a bag of cans from us that we took to him that wouldn’t scan in the machine and said he couldn’t pay us for them stated we gave them to him when we took them up to the counter. He wouldn’t give them back to us. Then he proceeded to kick us out and said he is the manager when I asked his name. I said; no your not that I knew he wasn’t because we go there once a week for about 5 years. He refused to give me his name and said if we take cans to the counter that they keep them. He proceeded to say; he gave them to me. Then said I can’t come back for a month. Police report was made for theft. Redmond PD stated it’s petty theft what he did.
