Syndee Sister (1/5 stars, 3 weeks ago): This morning I went there and went inside to get two boxes of bags. I waited at the counter for about 5 minutes and finally I went to the double doors with the employees are and the guy that was standing there I asked him when he gets a minute and he interrupted me and said I'll be there as soon as I can. So I walked back over to the counter and he comes out from the back and asked me if there's an emergency. I asked him what does that mean and he said well I was only back there 30 seconds and I wanted to know if there was an emergency because you couldn't wait. He was extremely rude and I was taking him back that somebody that is in a customer service position would be so inconsiderate. He was complaining that he was the only one there and was just extremely unprofessional and the fact that he comes out from the back and asked me if there's an emergency was downright rude.
