BottleDrop Redemption Center - Albany - Recycling Center in Albany, OR

This morning I went there and went inside to get two boxes of bags. I waited at the counter for about 5 minutes and finally I went to the double doors with the employees are and the guy that was standing there I asked him when he gets a minute and he interrupted me and said I'll be there as soon as I can. So I walked back over to the counter and he comes out from the back and asked me if there's an emergency. I asked him what does that mean and he said well I was only back there 30 seconds and I wanted to know if there was an emergency because you couldn't wait. He was extremely rude and I was taking him back that somebody that is in a customer service position would be so inconsiderate. He was complaining that he was the only one there and was just extremely unprofessional and the fact that he comes out from the back and asked me if there's an emergency was downright rude.

I went there to drop some things off and needed help. When I finally got help they acted very aggressive. I don’t know if they drug test but they need to. Having these kind of employees can definitely open a company up for a potential lawsuit.

The retail clerk at bottle drop in Albany Or was so nice cheerful and helpful. I wanted to make sure was acknowledged for her wonderful customer service. .
