Gives priority to certain people groups and trucks and vans filled (sometimes from NY) providing them with an exclusive entrance and use of one of the machines while two are broken and lines form for the others. Once through it all it's still an easy experience where items are speedily collected sorted and cash is dispensed.

Massive box trucks loaded with contractor size bags piled up in front 20 feet high by 20 feet wide. Thousands of dollars of bottles are being redeemed in multi hour sessions at these machines. There is organized large scale on going bottle redemption fraud occurring at this location and I've witnessed it for months. I've reported it to the state and they do nothing about it while out of state people steal our deposits. This place is no better than a crooked scrap metal yard dealer that willingly buys stolen catalytic converters from known thieves. These redemption centers were meant for legitimate Connecticut consumers when the state increased the bottle deposit to make it easier for us to get our money back. Sadly we can't even use this center anymore because these out of staters starve everyone else out from using these machines with their multi machine multi hour sessions that take over nearly the entire redemption center. This company doesn't serve the community anymore they serve out of state bottle traffickers from NY and NJ. This company is not being a good corporate citizen by allowing encouraging and facilitating massive organized on going out of state bottle redemption fraud and I think it's time this company is shutdown.

In the photos you can see this is an energy drink that clearly has CT on the top of the can so I should have been paid for them. So I didn’t want to sit and argue with the people there but I do want to say that a bunch of my cans were not accepted and I went back to my car and looked them up and they very clearly have the CT deposit on them. There was more than 30 of these cans in the bags I brought. I have a picture attached here as well to show the CT deposit. Jut annoyed that they chose not to pay me for these.
