I was thinking to make this review for a long time. Steve Bozac a sales rep worked our accounts he's very very RUDE whenever we try to contact him never answer no reply except for one time when he talks to us with a bad attitude and hung up quick seems we woke him up at almost 11 am he just said call customer service and hung up. I called the company to complaint & request a change of rep they clearly are covering him they put me on hold and the call drops 3 times. if I can I will do 0 stars

I’ve been with these guys for over 15 years and all 4 of my establishments are serviced by Borowide. Steve Bozac is always there to pick up the phone if there were any issues any time of night. They make taking out the trash easy!
