BAZOR RECYCLING

Called to schedule an appointment for pickup as online scheduler didn't work. They have no-showed twice now with zero communications about missing the scheduled pickup. This has caused me to miss two days of work and pay. They don't return voicemails and stop answering phones well before their posted 4 pm closing time.

I have tried to take my scrap metal here three times. Each time there was a large truck blocking the entrance. When I asked about it I was told to come back on a different day. I returned on that day but they informed me that they were now closed and advised me to try again tomorrow. The communication and customer service have been very poor. Will be going elsewhere

Excellent metal recycling aluminum can recycling and I'm sure a ton of other things. Staff were all friendly service was speedy. It's my new favorite scrap metal recycling joint for sure!
